To this end we integrate and draw on the practices of Mindfulness and Metta, Scaravelli Inspired Yoga, Yoga Somatics, Continuum, Somatic Movement, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Restorative, Therapeutic, and Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga along with somatic embodied explorations and creative process work in nature.
