Through Somatic Movement/ Dance, Bodywork and Sculpting with Clay we will attune to our somatic wisdom and give form to our inner landscape as it reveals itself from the bodily unconscious. This work supports deep healing and integration, and cultivates internal pathways to deeper states of ease, aliveness and vitality in our bodies and lives. Blanche is a Somatic Movement Educator/ Therapist & Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
