This weekend retreat will be a deep inward journey. An intentional space to tenderly hold and support our winter’s dreaming to begin the journey of coming into form.

We will connect to the wisdom of our bodies and the earth energies, tuning into the transition between Imbolc and Spring Equinox, through somatic movement, craniosacral touch and embodied meditations.

We will be held in the beautiful and cosy venue Sambogaya at the base of Chalice Hill in Glastonbury. We will commune with the local land and waters and have time to connect with the special location during this weekend.

 

Blanche and Sam are experienced facilitators in their respective fields who share a deep passion for nature and natural healing. This retreat is especially suitable for embodiment pracitioners & therapists wishing to immerse in experiential discovery together.
